The building is getting old, light bulbs not working and damaged toilet. The food is quite good. Sometimes you have to wait quite a long time for the transfer from and to the city centre. They definitely can improve the personal service (kindness, etc.) and the building facilities. At least the position is very good, close to the sea. People working in the swimming pool lunch area are very kind. Cleaning lady super kind and professional.
You pay for want you get.
We had a great time staying here. Views are gorgeous, beach is walking distance. Free shuttle to city center is really convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tubs are pretty good. There is a breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed the stay here.
Disadvantages:
- the safe in my room was not working, I’ve been told that someone will come after 4pm. Someone came, pretended to fix it, but it was not fixed. I asked to fix it again, but again I was told after 4pm next day someone can come. But of course no one ever came and my safe was not fixed.
- take your own shampoo and conditioner. Hotel provides only shampoo and body lotion. Shampoo dries hair so much I was not able to do anything with it.
- you can barely reach someone from reception when you call them from the room.
- the AC was very loud, was very hard to sleep.
Advantages:

- very close to the beach just 1 minute walk
- free shuttles every 15 mins to Capri center which is very helpful. They also have shuttle to port for 7 euro which is also very convenient.
- some of the staff were really nice and polite.
- the food was nice.
I stay here most every Summer and it’s off the beaten path but it’s very cozy and just a skip to the beach. Probably in need of a renovation but the price is reasonable and there is a gym, restaurant, pool and even nail salon. The rooms are pretty small but the view is dreamy.
Great sea views from rooms and terrace. Terrace bar overlooks sea. Hotel provides van to and from ferry port for check-in and check-out for a small fee. Also provides shuttle between hotel and Capri City. Staff was very helpful with luggage.
One or two of the staff were curt and decidedly unhelpful. When I asked them to break a 50 Euro note, they said the couldn't.
I stayed in Weber Hotel with my family! We got three rooms. The location of the Hotel is excellent. The views from the rooms and restaurant are supreme. The breakfast is good but the staff need to be more professional! Example, when asking for an ashtray, people expect to have a clean ashtray not one full of cigarettes!! Salt shouldn’t be served in the box that we buy from supermarket!
The hotel shuttle from marina Grande is great! They do it on check-in and check-out! The road is tight and needs skillful drivers! We had a very skilled one! There is a free shuttle till late afternoon from the hotel to Capri centre!
The rooms are tired but clean!
We haven’t tried the pool!
Overall with some little improvement they are a good hotel!
This place won my heart is the place I will be keep choosing to stay when I will be coming to Capri.
Staff so friendly and welcoming. The view is amazing. They provide pick up and drop off for the port and the free shuttle bus is the best service they could have.
